Open Water Certification CourseWhy Get Your Certification with Abyss Scuba & Travel? We are not the Big Guys. Our Classes are small, 6 or less, and often times just you and a buddy. The Big Guys generally have 10 to 12. We give you personalized instruction without the crowding, meaning more time in the pool to learn and play!!! We also use the newest equipment with Dive Computers, Weight Integrated BCD's and Alternate Air Source. We teach you with the equipment that you are going to want to own. No uncomfortable weight belts. Also, the use of Dive Computers in the Pool and Open Water. Safety Comes First. When you check around ask about the Other Guys Class Size and Training Equipment. You will find that all training is not created equal. To become a Certified
open water diver you begin by watching the open water diver video,
either in our classroom, or in the convienience of your own home.
The minimum age requirement is 10 years (Junior Open Water). When

Call for Details: 303 795-7070 _____________________________________ Then, within the first 90 minutes or so, we're off to the pool where we begin diving while you learn the basic skills of diving so you will feel confident and comfortable before going to the open water. As the course continues both classrom and pool sessions are used to complete all knowledge and skill development during the confined water segment of the course. Finally we will be off to the open
water diving. Here you will go over everything you learned in the
classroom and pool, and before you know it you will be telling dive
