Emergency First Response

Everyone should know how to provide basic first aid and CPR. If you havn't been trained in basic first aid and CPR, you're only a short 4-hour course away.  It's that simple...and fun too. Responding to medical emergency simulations in teamwork with your classmates makes the class an enjoyable way to learn.

In the Emergency First Response (EFR) Course you will learn the same life saving techniques used by Doctors and Paramedics used around the world.  Using EFR course materials, we take the same information used to train medical professionals and translate it into layman's terms.  In as little as two evenings you'll be on your way.  Next time someone needs help, be the one who knows what to do.  EFR is also a prerequisite for Rescue Diver and a few other advanced certifications.
