Master Scuba Diver
The highest recreational SCUBA certification
available is the Master Scuba Diver rating. This certification
signifies an individual who has gone beyond Open Water, Advanced
and Rescue Diver training to master at least 5 specialty areas,
denoting superior achievement and proficiency in dive skills, experience
and underwater activities.

Diver. With this certification in hand, you'll have reached the
highest recreational diver rating available in the PADI System of
diver education.

Prerequisites: To put
yourself on top and reach the Master Scuba Diver level, you need
to be at least 12 years of age and complete Open Water Diver or
equivalent, Advanced Open Water Diver, PADI Rescue Diver, (or Junior
equivalent ratings) and any five Specialty Diver certifications.
Or, if you're already a Divemaster, or Assistant Instructor, simply
complete any five Specialty Diver ratings.

the Master Scuba Diver package -- a bundle which includes all the
course fees for any five specialties that we offer. Purchased separately,
these could add up to more than $600!

All students enrolled in a course with Abyss-Scuba receive a
10% discount on purchases of equipment during their term as a student.
