Why Abyss Scuba & Travel?We are a full-service Dive Center offering only top quality training by Instructors, Assistant Instructors, and Divemasters. All our training is performed in accordance with Standards and Procedures. Our students and retail customers tell us we’re the most flexible scuba operation they have ever delt with. It’s true -- we strive to arrange course schedules to fit anyone’s calendar, and work with customers to find them the ideal scuba equipment to fit their personal tastes and physical needs. We also offer escorted Dive Trips to many different destinations each year. Our retail center is stocked with a complete line of scuba and snorkeling equipment, including full lines from Genesis, Cressi and Beuchat. We also provide full maintenance and repair services for most brands of scuba equipment. Our air-fill station features a brand new, state-of-the art compressor. We provide rental tanks too -- both standard compressed air, and Nitrox (Enriched Air) mixtures. Any of our professional staff members will be glad to help you in deciding what is best suited for your diving needs. Come take a continuing education course with us and receive a 10% discount on all merchandise (except sale items) while you are a Abyss Scuba & Travel student. We offer many continuing education courses including Advanced Open Water Diver, Medic First Aid, Rescue Diver, DAN O2 (Oxygen Provider Course), Divemaster, and many speciality courses. SAFETY NOTICE: As a service to all of our customers, and to encourage safety in diving, we will fill at no charge all “Spare Air” cylinders and/or pony bottles having a capacity of 19 cubic feet or less. ** Spare Air owners must provide special yoke adapter to obtain fills.
